目的 了解新招飞行学员训练一年后 ,静态肺功能的变化情况。 方法 使用日本ST 95型呼吸分析仪 ,对 5 6 2名新招飞行学员训练一年前后静态肺功能进行常规检测。 结果 新飞行学员训练一年后 ,2 5 %呼气中期流量 (MEF2 5)与训练前比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,体重、肺活量 (VC)、潮气量 (TV)、最大通气量 (MVV)、最大呼气流量 (PEF)、用力肺活量 (FVC)、1s用力呼气容积 (FEV1)、3s用力呼气容积 (FEV3 )、75 %呼气中期流量 (MEF75)和 5 0 %呼气中期流量 (MEF50 )的检测值与训练前比较有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ;身高、最大呼气中期流量 (MMEF)与训练前检测值差异不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 经过训练后 ,飞行学员的主要肺功能指标均较训练前有显著改善。提示加强训练对于提高肺功能有重要意义。
Objective To understand the changes of static pulmonary function after one year of training for new recruits. Methods The Japanese ST 95 breath analyzer was used to routinely test static pulmonary function of 542 newly recruited pilots before and after their training. Results One year after the new flight training, 25% of the MEF2 5 had significant difference (P <0.05), weight, vital capacity (VC), tidal volume (TV) MVV, PEF, FVC, FEV1, 3V FEV3, 75% MEF75, and 5 The measured value of 0% MEF50 was significantly higher than that before training (P <0.01), while the difference between height and maximum expiratory flow (MMEF) was not significant (P> 0 0) 5). Conclusion After training, the main pulmonary function indicators of pilots were significantly improved compared with those before training. Prompted to strengthen training for improving lung function is of great significance.
