面对蓬勃发展的市场经济大潮,幼儿园该怎样在适应中求发展,这是每一个幼儿园都会面临的现实问题。一年多来,我们进行了一些大胆的尝试。 1993年3月,我园实行了由医学院主管、幼儿园承办、园长负责的管理体制。在这一管理体制下,学院作为幼儿园的主管,负责提供给幼儿园必要的物质条件,负责幼儿园的大项开支(如职工公费医疗、房屋维修、大型设备购置);幼儿园作为承办单位,负责工作人员的工资、福利、奖金及除了学院负责的其他各项开支。
