在我国不断城市化的进程中,拆迁使我们的城市更具魅力,但因拆迁导致的纠纷也不断上演,其中农村拆迁的纠纷由于法律依据的问题,使拆迁双方处于不断博弈的艰难境地,由于双方依据的法律法规的不同,导致纠纷升级,有甚者上演了一幕幕拆迁悲剧。笔者认为在城市发展扩张到农村时,我们也应该以新拆迁条例为依据,遵循价值规律,补偿农村土地应有的价值,希望新的《拆迁条例》也变成农村老百姓的福祉。

Among them, the disputes of rural demolition due to the legal basis, make the demolition both sides in the difficult situation of constant game, because of The different laws and regulations on the basis of both parties led to the escalation of disputes and some even staged scenes of demolition tragedies. When the urban development expands to rural areas, we also think that we should follow the new rules of demolition and follow the law of value to compensate for the value of rural land. We hope that the new Regulations will become the well-being of rural people.
