预防接种工作中应用微信公众平台提高主动接种率的研究

目的探讨在预防接种工作中应用微信公众平台进行预防接种知识宣传教育对提高儿童预防接种率的作用。方法在普宁市辖区中随机选取2个人文、人口、经济、以往儿童预防接种率相近的乡镇,分为观察组和对照组;对照组进行常规预防接种知识宣传教育;观察组在常规预防接种知识宣传教育基础上,增加微信公众平台进行预防接种知识宣传教育。于微信公众平台推出前和推出后6个月对调查对象进行问卷调查,调查内容包括调查对象的基本情况、预防接种知识掌握情况、疫苗主动接种情况等。结果观察组和对照组均调查200人,2组调查对象的年龄、性别、文化程度、职业差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。微信公众平台推出前,对照组和观察组家长预防接种知识得分分别为(52.8±7.588)和(52.2±8.234)分,疫苗主动接种率分别为52.5%和52.0%,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。微信公众平台推出后,对照组和观察组家长预防接种知识得分分别为(64.7±7.690)和(94.6±2.442)分,疫苗主动接种率分别为64.5%和94.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在疫苗预防接种工作中采用微信公众平台进行宣传教育可以提高家长的预防接种知识水平,从而提高疫苗的主动接种率。 Objective To explore the role of using WeChat public platform for vaccination education in preventive vaccination to improve children’s vaccination coverage. Methods Two townships were randomly selected from the districts of Puning to study the effect of routine immunization. The control groups were divided into observation group and control group. On the basis of publicity and education, we will increase the public platform for WeChat publicity and education on vaccination. Before the launching of the WeChat public platform and 6 months after the launch of the questionnaire survey, the survey included the basic information of the surveyed subjects, the knowledge of vaccination and the status of vaccination initiative. Results The observation group and the control group were investigated in 200 cases. There were no significant differences in age, sex, education level and occupational differences among the two groups (all P> 0.05). Prior to the launch of the WeChat public platform, the vaccination knowledge scores of the control group and observation group were (52.8 ± 7.588) and (52.2 ± 8.234) points, respectively. The vaccination initiative rates were 52.5% and 52.0% respectively, with no significant difference All P> 0.05). After the launch of WeChat public platform, the scores of preventive vaccination knowledge of parents in control group and observation group were (64.7 ± 7.690) and (94.6 ± 2.442) points respectively, and the active vaccination rates were 64.5% and 94.5% respectively, with significant differences P <0.01). Conclusion The use of the WeChat public platform for publicity and education in vaccination vaccination can raise parents’ knowledge of immunization and improve the vaccination initiative rate.
