目的探究应用万金消毒液消毒后的胃镜活检管道残留液与清洗时间。方法随机抽取该院内镜室某一天,使用经万金消毒液消毒后的Olympus-GIF-XQ240胃镜20例次,将其分为3s组和5s组各10例。在水枪流量固定(30ml/s)的情况下,经不同清洗时间清洗后,采用滴定法测定其活检管道消毒液有效氯的残留量。结果胃镜经万金消毒液消毒后,在水枪流量为30ml/s的情况下经过5s的持续清洗采样后的0.1mol/L硫化硫酸钠滴定液所用量及残留量均小于持续清洗3s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与空白对照差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经万金消毒液消毒后的胃镜,在水枪流量为30ml/s的情况下,需持续清洗活检管道5s,才能将消毒液残留液清洗彻底。
