利用缺陷模的有关参量得到了非对称约束的光子晶体缺陷的透射特性。理论分析发现,在时间耦合模理论的框架内,非对称约束可以看做是两种不同程度的对称约束的简单组合。因而由对称约束的光子晶体缺陷模的衰减率,能够方便地得到非对称约束的光子晶体缺陷的透射特性。所有理论分析与基于时域有限差分法的模拟计算完全符合。
The transmission properties of photonic crystal defects with asymmetric constraint are obtained by using the relevant parameters of the defect modes. Theoretical analysis shows that asymmetric constraints can be regarded as a simple combination of two different degrees of symmetric constraints within the framework of the time coupling theory. Thus, the transmission characteristics of asymmetric confined photonic crystal defects can be conveniently obtained from the attenuation rate of the symmetrically constrained photonic crystal defect modes. All the theoretical analyzes are in good agreement with the simulation based on the FDTD method.
