为了进一步从分子生物学角度探讨首乌延缓衰老的机理,用Norther杂交和Westem印迹法观察了首乌对老年小鼠脾组织中P_(53)基因转录产物mRNA相对含量及翻译产物P_(53)蛋白相对含量的变化的影响。结果表明小鼠脾组织中P_(53)基因的mRNA相对含量及蛋白质相对含量随增龄而增多,用药组mRNA相对合量较老年组下降4.9倍,接近青年组水平,P_(53)蛋白表达电泳显示较老年组明显变浅。为首乌补肾益精、延缓衰老作用提示了分子生物学依据。
In order to further explore the mechanism of Shouwu anti-aging from the perspective of molecular biology, the relative mRNA content of P_(53) transcripts in the spleen of aged mice and the translation product P_(53) were observed by Northern blotting and Western blotting.
