中国科学院广州能源研究所委托我所研制的微型溴化锂屏蔽泵(配带电机为0.75kW)应用于小型溴化锂吸收式制冷机试验装置。该装置是一种利用余热为动力的节能产品,广泛用于大型宾馆和小型工矿企业。微型溴化锂屏蔽泵的研制成功将为节约能源、提高经济效益开辟新的途径。由于该泵的参数特殊,比转数低(1XPB-2型泵n_з=24.4,1XPB-3型泵n_з=34.3),流量小,汽蚀性能要求高,吸入真空度需要8~9米,是一种要求严、研究难度大的泵,国内无现成产品,甚至连这方面的参考资料也难找到。为了开发离心泵的使用领域,从而进行了该泵的研制。
