《洗冤集录》在世界上享有很高的声誉,它不仅是我国古代首部法医学著作,也是世界上的首部此类型的专著。在此书中,着重对法医学方面进行了详尽的叙述,相对比较全面[1],所以,医学界这一著作的研究更多的是从法医学和司法检验的角度着手,从文学语言方面进行分析的少之又少,但这却不能磨灭其在文学语言方面的卓越,尤其是词汇方面的特点尤为显著。本文将以文学词汇为入口,对《洗冤集录》中的文学语言特点做以详尽的分析。
