Ancient, modern, Chinese, foreign, family, business, succession, success or failure are key strategies in human resource management because people are the most important asset of an enterprise. Starting with the development and management of human resources, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of human resources development and management in SMEs and offers some innovations in the effective development and management of human resources in SMEs, which can effectively enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.
