免疫荧光技术特异性强,灵敏度高,作为一种重要的研究方法和技术手段,在生物学和医学的许多基础研究和应用领域中,应用十分广泛。但它的操作程序仍较复杂,处理大量标本时很费时间;作暗视野镜检观察,极易引起检验人员(特别是眼睛)的过度疲劳。因此人们迫切希望能够实现自动化。另一方面,电子技术、激光技术和电子计算机等技术科学的迅速发展,也为免疫荧光自动化提供了有利的条件。经过多年的努力,现已取得不少可喜的成果。自动化和半自动化的设计和装置,时有报告,其中有的已成为商品仪器,行销市场。
As an important research method and technique, immunofluorescence technique has strong specificity and high sensitivity, and has been widely used in many basic research and application fields of biology and medicine. However, its operating procedures are still complicated and it takes a lot of time to process a large number of specimens. For a dark field observation, it is extremely easy to cause over-fatigue of inspectors (especially the eyes). So people are eager to be able to automate. On the other hand, the rapid development of technology such as electronic technology, laser technology and electronic computer has also provided favorable conditions for the immunofluorescence automation. After years of hard work, many promising achievements have been made. Automated and semi-automated designs and installations are reported from time to time, and some of them have become commodity instruments and marketing markets.
