公共艺术,成为一个独立学科加以全面研讨,在我国还是近几年的事。对于它的名称,有人称之为“环境艺术设计”或“公共环境设计”。本人以为还是称之为“公共艺术”比较恰当。 公共艺术是一门综合性的交叉边缘学科,它包括雕塑、绘画、装置、景观、小品、街具、家饰等艺术门类,可以说是现代社会生活中人们的视觉艺术。公共艺术能最直接、最生动反映出一个城市、一个地区的现代化物质和精神生活的发达程度,最形象传递出城市和地区人民的生活方式和审美时尚的个性特征。 公共艺术是随着经济水平的提高,人类对自身生存的生活环境
Public art, to become an independent discipline to be fully discussed in our country or in recent years. For its name, some people call it “environmental art design” or “public environment design.” I think or call it “public art” more appropriate. Public art is a comprehensive cross-cutting discipline, which includes art categories such as sculpture, painting, installation, landscape, sketch, street furniture and home decoration. It can be said that people are visual arts in modern social life. Public art can most directly and vividly reflect the developed degree of modern material and spiritual life in a city and a region. The most vivid image conveys the lifestyle and aesthetic characteristics of the people in cities and regions. Public art is with the improvement of the economic level, the human life environment for their own survival
