作为无公害热处理方法,对在吸热式气体中添加氨的气体软氮化法的进一步研究,发现在此种气氛中添加微量空气(或氧气)可以促进渗氮过程。此原理应用于只用氨的渗氮处理后,表面化合物层由Fe_3N的所谓软氮化层所构成,其组织、疲劳极限和耐磨性都与盐浴软氮化处理的零件相近,获得了能满足实际零件要求的效果。与其它气体软氮化法比较,也具有设备费用低,不发生氰酸气体,处理时间短等实际生产上的优点。
