目的了解基层战士对心理健康的认知水平及其影响因素,为部队开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计问卷,以整群多阶段抽样方法对基层战士进行了包括基本情况、心理健康知识及需求调查,分析筛选出影响战士心理健康知识知晓的主要因素。结果有58.2%的被调查者心理健康知识得分(52.14±16.23)不及格。单因素分析显示,入伍前所在地、学历、入伍前职业、入伍前接受心理健康教育次数与知识得分差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.012、0.000、0.005、0.002)。多因素logistic回归分析发现学历和接受心理健康教育次数是战士心理健康有关知识得分的主要影响因素(P值分别为0.009、0.000),其相关系数OR值分别为1.95、4.54。结论基层战士的心理健康知识知晓状况亟待提高,应根据不同兵源、不同学历层次广泛开展和加强心理健康教育,普及心理健康知识。
Objective To understand the cognitive level of grass-roots soldiers on mental health and its influencing factors, and provide evidence for psychological health education. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. Based on multi-stage cluster sampling method, the grass-roots soldiers were surveyed with the basic conditions, mental health knowledge and needs investigation. The main factors that affected the knowledge of mental health of soldiers were analyzed and selected. Results 58.2% of respondents mental health knowledge score (52.14 ± 16.23) failed. Univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference in the number of times of receiving psychological health education and knowledge scores before entering the army, education level, pre-enumeration occupation, and knowledge scores (P = 0.012,0.000,0.005,0.002 respectively). Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the number of education and mental health education was the main influencing factor of mental health knowledge score (P = 0.009,0.000, respectively), and the correlation coefficient OR values were 1.95,4.54 respectively. Conclusion The awareness of mental health knowledge of grass-roots soldiers needs to be improved urgently. Psychological health education should be widely carried out and strengthened according to different sources and academic levels.
