通过实验室研究,考查了伯胺的类型、用量以及 pH 值对纯石英、长石、赤铁矿和天然铁矿石可浮性的影响。捕收剂的最佳 pH 值与捕收剂的用量、原矿类型、被浮物料的粒度分布无关。还注意到十二胺是硅石浮选最有效的捕收剂。使用癸胺作捕收剂、糊精作抑制剂,在 pH 值10.2~10.6范围内,天然氧化铁矿石的浮选获得了最佳结果。在最佳 pH 值条件下,改变捕收剂的类型和用最以及被浮物料的粒度分布,对纯赤铁矿的浮选行为进行了数学描述。
Through laboratory research, we investigated the primary amine type, dosage and pH on pure quartz, feldspar, hematite and natural iron ore floatability. The optimum pH of the collector is not related to the amount of collector used, the ore type, and the particle size distribution of the floats. It is also noted that dodecylamine is the most effective collector for silica flotation. Using decylamine as a collector and dextrin as inhibitors, the best results were obtained for the flotation of natural iron oxide ore at a pH range of 10.2 to 10.6. The flotation behavior of pure hematite was mathematically described at the optimum pH by changing the type of collector and using the particle size distributions of the most as well as floated material.
