目的与方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法,研究细胞粘附分子CD15在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义。结果CD15在前列腺癌中有较高表达,阳性率为73.3%。CD15表达阳性率在低分化癌和未分化癌显著高于高分化癌(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移者显著高于无转移者(P<0.05),C~D期显著高于A期和B期(P<0.01和0.025)。结论CD15表达在前列腺癌的细胞增殖、分化、转移和临床进展过程中可能起着重要调节作用。对判断肿瘤恶性程度、预测生物学行为和评估预后是一项良好指标。
Purpose and Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used to study the expression and significance of cell adhesion molecule CD15 in prostate cancer. Results CD15 was highly expressed in prostate cancer with a positive rate of 73.3%. The positive rate of CD15 in poorly differentiated and undifferentiated carcinoma was significantly higher than that in well differentiated carcinoma (P <0.05). The positive rate of CD15 in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis (P <0.05) In A and B (P <0.01 and 0.025). Conclusion The expression of CD15 may play an important regulatory role in the proliferation, differentiation, metastasis and clinical progression of prostate cancer cells. To judge the degree of malignancy, predict biological behavior and assess the prognosis is a good indicator.
