本文提出了中心回油喷咀变负荷计算方法。 文中首先综述了中心回油喷咀理论研究现状,指明当前中心回油喷咀的计算仅仅是对喷咀工作的两个极限负荷。 文中引入喷油系数和回油压力系数,推导出了理想流体的中心回油喷咀变负荷理论。文中还用磨擦系数、切向槽流量系数、扩散系数及切向槽和旋流室的总压头损失系数考虑粘性流体在喷咀里工作特性,推导出了粘性流体的中心回油喷咀变负荷理论。文中整理出了中心回油喷咀变负荷流量系数、雾化角和回油压力的计算公式,为中心回油喷咀变负荷计算提供了方法。
In this paper, a method to calculate the variable load of the center return nozzle is proposed. In this paper, the current status of the research on the theory of the oil return nozzle in the center is reviewed. It is indicated that the calculation of the current oil return nozzle is only the two ultimate loads on the nozzle. In this paper, the fuel injection coefficient and the pressure coefficient of return oil are introduced, and the theory of variable load of the center oil return nozzle of ideal fluid is deduced. In this paper, the coefficient of friction, the coefficient of flow in tangential tank, the diffusion coefficient and the total pressure head loss coefficient in tangential tank and swirl chamber are also taken into account. The working characteristics of viscous fluid in the nozzle are also deduced. Load Theory. The calculation formula of variable load flow coefficient, atomization angle and oil return pressure of center oil return nozzle is sorted out in this paper, which provides a method to calculate the variable load of center oil return nozzle.
