针对中国原子能科学研究院正在设计的100MeV强流质子回旋加速器,研究并提出高频腔公差.高频腔的误差包括加工安装的误差和重力引起的D板变形.加工安装误差的存在干扰束团的径向和轴向运动,用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法给出加工安装的公差;D板的重力变形引起加速间隙的轴向错位从而使束团产生轴向的相干振荡,计算结果表明目前结构的D板变形在允许范围内.
Aiming at the 100 MeV strong proton cyclotron designed by China Institute of Atomic Energy, the high-frequency cavity tolerance is studied and put forward.The errors of high-frequency cavity include the error of processing and installation and the deformation of D-plate caused by gravity.The existence of processing and installation errors interferes with bunches Radial and axial movement, the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods are combined to give the tolerance of processing and installation; D plate gravity deformation caused by the acceleration gap axial dislocation so that the bunch generated axial coherent oscillation, the calculation results Show that the current structure of the D plate deformation within the allowable range.
