随着肾上腺糖类皮质激素(以下称激素)在临床广泛应用,激素引起副作用日益增加,激素引起类固醇糖尿病20例分析如下: 临床资料 20例,用11例女9例,年龄27～60岁平均47.7岁,40岁以上15例,40岁以下5例。均无糖尿病家族史,未用激素前无糖尿病症状,血糖正常尿糖阴性。急性白血病4例,阵发性血红蛋白尿2例,骨髓异常增生综合症2例,系统性红斑狼疮2例,慢性肾炎1例,支气管哮喘1例,天泡疮1例,类风湿性关节炎1例,过敏性皮炎1例,亚急性甲状腺炎2例,格林巴利2例,多发性浆膜炎1例。
