我国由于人口众多,社会保障工作的开展涉及的范围较广,社会保障工作的工作量较大,社会保障工作的开展和进行都需要大量的人力物力。尽管,我国的社会保障工作自改革开放以来已经形成了比较合理的体系,各种制度也相对比较健全,但是,不能否定,我国的社会保障工作也存在着众多的问题,本文将就现阶段社会环境下的社会保障工作的发展现状,社会保障工作在进行过程中所存在的问题等为研究重点,并据此提出完善的措施和建议。
