研究了中品位磷矿湿法磷制得的浓缩磷铵料浆进行氨二次中和后的特性。确定了采用管式中和反应器 ,在实验模式装置上 ,研究了此浓缩料浆氨二次中和生产磷酸二铵 (DAP)管式反应器的结构及设计参数。确定了氨二次中和的工艺。设计了 3万吨/年的DAP管式反应器 ,在 3万吨 /年MAP装置上进行了 72小时的生产运行考核 ,生产稳定可靠达到了预定指标。现放大到 6万吨 /年DAP装置 ,正在建设中。
The characteristics of the secondary ammonium neutralization of concentrated ammonium phosphate slurries obtained from wet-process phosphorus in phosphate rock were studied. The structure and design parameters of the diammonium phosphate (DAP) tubular reactor, which is produced by the secondary neutralization of ammonia with this concentrated slurry, were studied in a pilot mode device using a tube neutralization reactor.
