目的:观察黄芪多糖(APS)抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)内皮细胞(EC)损伤的疗效。方法:黄芪多糖(APS)对血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素(ET)总抗氧化活力的影响。结果:对血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)和内皮素(ET)有明显的降低作用,并升高一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及总抗氧化活力。结论:黄芪多糖(APS)有一定的抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)内皮细胞(EC)损伤作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of astragalus polysaccharides (APS) against atherosclerosis (AS) endothelial cell (EC) injury. Methods: Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) had significant effects on serum TC, TG, NO, SOD, MDA, ET, Total antioxidant activity. Results: Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin (ET) were significantly reduced and the levels of nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant activity. Conclusion: Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) has a certain anti-atherosclerotic (AS) endothelial cell (EC) injury.
