报道了温和气单胞菌 Aeromonas sobria Z- 1菌株连续传代培养特性、免疫原性及毒力的稳定性 .将 Z- 1菌株在营养琼脂培养基上连续传代至第 35代 [Z- 1(35 ) ],分别检测 Z- 1(1)、Z- 1(5 )、Z- 1(15 )、Z- 1(2 5 )和 Z- 1(35 )的培养特性、菌体抗原性及毒力 .结果表明 :连续传代至 35代 ,Z- 1菌株的培养特性、免疫原性及毒力没有显著差异 ;Z- 1株可作为理想的疫苗生产株 The continuous subculture, the immunogenicity and the virulence stability of Aeromonas sobria Z-1 strain were reported.The Z-1 strains were serially passaged on nutrient agar medium to the 35th generation [Z-1 ( 35), Z1 (1), Z-1 (5), Z-1 (15), Z-1 (2 5) and Z-1 (35) Virulence.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the culture characteristics, immunogenicity and virulence of Z-1 strain when passaged from passage 35 to passage 35, and Z-1 strain could be used as an ideal vaccine production strain
