建立考虑漏风因素的烧结矿冷却热平衡模型,再通过简易热工测试获得烟气温度数据,通过获得烟气温度拟合沿环冷机圆周的温度分布曲线,从而计算出漏风率。建立的漏风率计算模型,对某钢厂的2台396 m~2环冷机进行漏风率计算,并将计算结果与已有文献数据做对比,验证了所建立的漏风率计算模型的合理性,表明所建立的漏风率计算模型适用于环冷机烟气余热资源估算和余热发电工程设计。
The heat balance model of sinter cooling considering air leakage is established, and then the flue gas temperature data is obtained through a simple thermal test. The flue gas temperature is calculated by fitting the flue gas temperature with the temperature distribution along the circumference of the cooler. The calculation model of the air leakage rate was established. The air leakage rate was calculated for two sets of 396 m ~ 2 circular cooler in a steel mill. The calculated results were compared with the existing literature data to verify the rationality of the established air leakage rate calculation model , Which indicates that the established leakage rate calculation model is suitable for estimating the waste heat resource of the flue gas cooler and designing the waste heat power generation project.
