2006年的第一个工作日,中国证监会在其官方网站公布了《上市公司股权激励管理办法(试行)》。这则办法为上市公司股权激励的实施正式铺平了道路,股权激励在政策和相应的市场环境成熟的情况下,开始了破冰之旅。早就希望能够更充分地调动核心员工积极性的各家公司,于是就纷纷把目光投向了股权激励计划。自然地,设计并实施有效的股权激励计划,就成了众多企业的共同课题。
On the first working day of 2006, CSRC announced on its official website the Measures for the Administration of Equity Incentives of Listed Companies (Trial). This approach formally paved the way for the implementation of equity incentive of listed companies, and the equity incentive started the icebreaking journey under the condition that the policy and corresponding market environment were mature. Long ago I hoped that companies that could mobilize the enthusiasm of their core employees more fully would then turn their attention to the equity incentive plan. Naturally, designing and implementing an effective equity incentive plan has become a common issue for many businesses.
