1998年3月,全国第一家公益性质的艺术展览厅——清艺画廊在辽宁省鞍山市成立。画廊是在鞍山市委、市政府、市总工会等部门的大力支持下,由鞍山市残疾青年女画家赵丽在克服重重困难和阻力下创立的。这是一家不以盈利为目的,完全是公益性质的画廊。它的宗旨是弘扬民族艺术,传承民族文化,振兴民族精神,增强地方文化的底蕴,促进精神文明建设,以免费组织承办各种展览的形式,让高雅艺术走近大众,走近人民群众的生活。在丰富人民群众的精神生活,陶冶情操,提高文化素质的同时,探索一条在市场经济条件下,完全公益
March 1998, the country’s first charity art gallery - Qing Yi Gallery was established in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. The gallery, supported by the Anshan Municipal Party Committee, the municipal government and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and other departments, created the disabled painter Zhao Li from Anshan with great difficulties and resistance. This is a not-for-profit, entirely philanthropic gallery. Its purpose is to carry forward the national art, inherit the national culture, rejuvenate the national spirit, enhance the local cultural heritage, and promote the construction of spiritual civilization, in order to organize various exhibitions free of charge in the form, so elegant art approached the public, approached the people’s lives . While enriching the spiritual life of the masses, cultivating the sentiments and improving the quality of culture, we should explore a way to fully benefit the public under the conditions of a market economy
