各区县教育局、浦东新区社会发展局,各委、局、控股(集团)公司教育处:根据《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》(中发〔2004〕8号)和《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人校外活动场所建设和管理工作的意见》(中办发〔2006〕4号文)要求,为进一步加强上海校外教育工作,推进学生道德体验与创新人才培养,现将《上海市校外教育工作三年行动计划(2009～2011年)(试行)》印发给你们,请你们结合本区县和行业德育工作与学生身心发展的实际,认真贯彻执行,并请将实施过程中的意见和建议反馈给市教委德育处。
