血中环腺苷酸(CAMP)含量易受激素影响,抽血测定往往使被测者精神紧张而影响结果,采用耳垂取血所得的CAMP含量,并不受精神的干扰,也不受组织液的影响。我们测定方法按某部队的蛋白结合测定法(从略),提取结合蛋白质按D.A.Walsh法(从略),离心沉淀改为16,000转/分钟。结合蛋白应用量以能结合~3HcAMP50％为准,所用闪烁液为PPU与PUPUP。双道闪烁计数器为国产EJ353G型。被测者空腹耳垂取血,用0.5MEDTA
