按有限单元法的计算程序,借助于一系列计算例子,目前有可能对轮对进行应力和变形分析。本文简要地叙述了“ANTRAS”程序系统;研究了整体车轮辐板的造形对车轮应力分配和轴向变形的影响。计算包括三种典型造形和考虑了辐板承受高应力的两种受力状态,探讨了车轴的应力。通过空心轴的压装压力和离心力应力的计算,以及在轮载荷和侧向力作用下车轴过渡部分的弯曲应力的计算,说明计算方法对难以详细研究的轮对关键部分的细节分析也适用。
According to the finite element method calculation program, with the help of a series of calculation examples, it is currently possible to analyze the stress and deformation of wheelsets. This article briefly describes the “ANTRAS” program system; studies the impact of the formation of the integral spoke plate on the stress distribution and axial deformation of the wheel. The calculation includes three typical shapes and two stress states considering the high stress of the web, and the axle stress is discussed. Computation of the press-fit pressure and centrifugal stress on the hollow shaft, as well as the calculation of the bending stresses at the transition of the axle under wheel load and lateral force, demonstrate that the method of calculation also applies to the detailed analysis of key parts of a wheelset that are difficult to study in detail.
