近日,安徽省宿州市人大常委会组织的历时5个月的城市供水评议工作全面结束,50多家企事业单位对供水公司不合理的消防管道开口费、消火栓水费表示强烈不满。市政府法制局起草的《宿州市城市供水管理办法》已送市人大、政协讨论修改,社会各界比较关注的消火栓基数收费从2004年11月份起正式取消,市政消防设施由供水公司维修保养,费用从城市维护费中适当给予补贴。
