目的:建立菊叶薯蓣茎段快速繁殖体系,为其推广种植提供可行性。方法:利用植物组织培养技术,将菊叶薯蓣带腋芽的茎段斜插入不同培养基中培养,诱导其成为完整植株并进行炼苗和移栽。结果:在诱导培养基MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA中,芽苗诱导率达93.33%,效果最佳;生根诱导用1/2MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L KT培养基,生根率可达89.73%;试管苗移栽成活率达98%以上。结论:所建立的菊叶薯蓣快速繁殖体系是高效可行的。
Objective: To establish a rapid propagation system of Dioscorea zingiberensis stem segments and to provide feasibility for its promotion. Methods: Plant tissue culture technology was used to insert the stem segments of axillary buds of Azoltz on the different culture mediums and induce them to become intact plants and conduct seedling and transplanting. Results: The induction rate of buds was 93.33% in MS + 1.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.1 mg / L NAA medium and the best induction was induced by rooting with 1/2 MS + 0.2 mg / L 6-BA + 0.5 mg / L NAA + 0.5 mg / L KT medium, the rooting rate reached 89.73%. The survival rate of transplanted test-tube seedlings was over 98%. Conclusion: The rapid propagation system of Dioscorea zingiberensis is efficient and feasible.
