自古以来,人们都将稀有难得的人参、燕窝、鹿茸之类视为营养珍品,并试图通过服食这些珍品来求得百年无恙。殊不知,食物本身并无高贵贫贱之分,其营养价值并不能用“物以稀为贵”的原则来衡量。大量的研究资料已经证实,—些长期以来一直被人们视为糟粕的普通食物,其实也是不可多得的保健佳品,也有着良好的食用前景,尤其所具抗癌、防病、益寿的作用,更不可忽视。
