为了观察气候因素对脑梗塞的影响,分析了遵化地区一年四季气温、气压与脑梗塞血流变的关系,并进行相关分析,推导出回归方程。结果表明,气温、气压与脑梗塞患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间明显相关。随着气温、气压的变化,全血高切粘度、低切粘度、红细胞电泳呈现明显波动性。为用不同方法治疗不同季节脑梗塞提供了科学依据
In order to observe the impact of climatic factors on cerebral infarction, the relationship between temperature, pressure and blood flow in cerebral infarction in Zunhua area was analyzed and the correlation analysis was carried out to derive the regression equation. The results showed that temperature and pressure were significantly correlated with whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte electrophoresis time in patients with cerebral infarction. With the changes of temperature and pressure, the viscosity of whole blood high shear, low shear viscosity and erythrocyte electrophoresis showed obvious fluctuation. It provides a scientific basis for using different methods to treat cerebral infarction in different seasons
