目的探讨兔耳血管系统的形态学特点,为动物模型的建立提供参考。方法 50只日本大耳白兔耳,采用活体观察、巨微解剖和铸型佐证方法,观测耳廓前后动脉的起源、走行、分支及分布;耳廓前后静脉的属支、汇入及分布;耳廓血管间的吻合关系。结果兔耳皮肤白皙菲薄、血管分布表浅,血管间的联系清晰可见;动脉分为耳廓前动脉和后动脉,耳廓前后动脉均分为前支、后支;静脉分为耳廓前静脉和耳廓后静脉,相互吻合形成耳缘静脉;耳廓动脉、静脉间存在动静脉吻合,数量由中央区到外周区渐次增多。结论日本大耳白兔的兔耳血管恒定、分布表浅、容易观察,可用于建立系列兔耳模型。
Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of rabbit ear vascular system and provide a reference for the establishment of animal model. Methods Fifty Japanese white rabbits were used to observe the origin, course, branch and distribution of the auricles before and after the auricle by means of in vivo observation, Auricle vascular anastomosis. Results The ear skin of white rabbit was meager, the superficial blood vessels were distributed and the relationship between blood vessels was clear. The artery was divided into anterior and posterior auricular artery. The anterior and posterior auricular artery were divided into anterior branch and posterior branch. And auricle posterior vein, mutual agreement to form the ear vein; auricle artery, vein arteriovenous anastomosis, the number gradually increased from the central area to the peripheral area. Conclusion Rabbit ear vessels in Japanese white rabbits are constant, superficial and easy to observe. They can be used to establish a series of rabbit ear models.
