随着扶贫政策的全面落实,金融支持成为了扶贫政策的重要“抓手”,农民致富增收则是扶贫政策的核心要义.因此,基于我国301个地级市12年的面板数据验证我国不同地区间金融支持、扶贫政策与农民致富增收之间的关联性.研究发现,金融支持力度的加强以及扶贫政策数量的增多有利于农民致富增收,并且金融支持能够进一步强化扶贫政策的效果,这种强化效果在东部地区最为明显,中部地区次之,西部地区最差.为了进一步实现农民致富增收,应不断出台新的扶贫政策、积极发展农村金融业、增强农村金融内生发展活力,充分发挥农村金融在农民致富增收工作
