数字波束形成(DBF)接收机组件是未来DBF雷达的关键部件。该组件系采用厚膜混合微波集成电路(HMIC)和表面安装技术(SMT)实现的。对设计原理、组件构成和关键技术进行了讨论,最后给出了实验结果。
Digital Beamforming (DBF) receiver components are key components of future DBF radars. The components are implemented using thick-film hybrid microwave integrated circuits (HMIC) and surface mount technology (SMT). The design principle, components and key technologies are discussed. Finally, the experimental results are given.
