放射免疫分析法(以下简称为 RIA)测定血清 AF P(甲胎蛋白)是发现和诊断肝细胞癌最灵敏和特异的指标。但对一些转移肝癌或合并肝脏其他疾病者不易发现.β_2—MG(β_2—微球蛋白)放免检测自问世以来,已在肾脏疾病、内分泌疾病及某些恶性肿瘤的诊断中得到广泛应用,但在肝脏疾病的诊断上β_2—MG 的改变尚未见报道。鉴于单项测定 AF P 对临床肝脏疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断有一定的漏误诊,我室自90年5月以来采用 AF P、β_2—MG 联合测定对诊断肝脏
