听课是学校教学科研活动常用的一种重要形式,也是深化课堂教学改革的重要手段。但听课者如为听课而听课,收益往往不大。要想通过听课,完善教育教学思想,掌握教学方法,丰富教学艺术,提高教学质量,务必做好“三要”:一、听前要预习。听课虽然是带着耳朵听别人上课,但也要有备而听。听前先把自己摆在执教者的位置上,做到熟悉教材,明确教学目的、要求,并构思好自己的教学程序。如:如何处理教材,如何优化课堂结构,教学重点如何突破等。如有可能,对班级学生的学习情况也要了解一下。只有这样,听课才能有思考、诊断的参照物,听课时方能揣摩得更深、更透。二、听课要预测。听课时对教学过
