如今,电商占据了市场的绝大份额,越来越多的人开展网络销售。而电商人才是电商企业面临的重要问题。中职学校的培养目标就是为了顺应市场的需求,满足市场对稀缺人才的需要。中职学校强调学生的创业能力、实践能力以及职业道德,在电子商务的《网店运营》教学过程中,更应该强调实践环节,把以创业为导向、以岗位职业能力为本位的教学观念贯彻到整个教学环节中。
