根据美国当代内科、外科和眼科协会的最近报告,目前,有争论的校正近视眼的眼外科手术似乎是既安全又有效。1600名病人(随访1～6年)的长期研究发现,仅3名病人有严重的并发症。这3名病人全部视力很好,无永久性视力丧失。此手术称为放射性角膜切开术,通过眼的外科再成形术改善了近视眼病人的视力。外科医师只用局麻在角膜做4～8个切口,保留角膜中心。根据切口的数量和长度,病人眼内的压力使角膜变平,减少了近视。
According to a recent report by the American Society of Contemporary Internal Medicine, Surgery and Ophthalmology, controversial eye surgery for correcting myopia now appears to be both safe and effective. A long-term study of 1,600 patients (followed up for 1 to 6 years) found that only 3 patients had serious complications. All 3 patients had good eyesight and no permanent loss of vision. This procedure, called radiological keratotomy, improves visual acuity in myopic patients through ocular surgical remodeling. Surgeons only use local anesthesia in the cornea to do 4 to 8 incisions, to keep the corneal center. Depending on the number and length of incisions, pressure in the patient’s eye flattens the cornea and reduces myopia.
