“EBSICON”是具有光电子轰击硅二极管阵列靶摄象管的通称。本文说明研制大型 Ebsicon(80毫米光阴极、32毫米硅靶的摄象管)的动机及研制情况后,介绍这种管子的特性。着重介绍投射到管子阴极面上成象单元的点光源强度和偏离扫描中心点光源响应对管子点光源性能的影响。我们重点探讨未来的空军深外层空间地面监视系统(GEODSS)对光阴极性能的要求。其次,介绍用 G 型星系在曝光时间分别为0.6秒和1/30秒的情况下野外测量的结果,并与 GEODSS 的光电传感器的发射特性进行比较。最后附表介绍一下对 Ebsion 管测得的重要特性参数。
“EBSICON” is the generic term for a target tube with photoelectron impacting silicon diode array. This article explains the characteristics of this tube after developing the motivation and development of a large Ebsicon (80mm photo cathode, 32mm silicon target tube). Emphasis is placed on the influence of the intensity of the point light source projected to the imaging unit on the cathode surface of the tube and the response of the light source deviating from the scanning center point to the light source performance of the tube. We focus on the future requirements of the Air Force Ground Surveillance System (GEODSS) for cathode performance. Next, the results of field measurements with G-type galaxies at exposure times of 0.6 seconds and 1/30 seconds, respectively, are presented and compared with those of the GEODSS photoelectric sensor. Finally, the table to introduce the important parameters measured Ebsion tube parameters.
