我分局是一个以煤、木、粮等重要物资装运为主的装车分局。年度计算总运量4000万吨以上，其中煤炭运量3000多万吨。几年来，由于受空车和设备能力限制，运能十分紧张。为摆脱困境，我们针对铁路条块分割这一特点，着眼于增强系统整体功能，实施了铁路运输全程联网，并逐步发展到路企联网，实现了产运销一条龙运输全程联网，提高了运输能力。“七五”期间共完成货物发送量20622.6万吨，年递增4.8％。其中煤炭发送量完成15551.1万吨，比合同多运925.1万吨，换算周转量完成857.2亿吨公里，年均增长6.2％，促进了产、运、销企业的振兴和发展。产运销一条龙运输全程联网是运输组织的改革和创新。在发展过程中，我们本着实际、实用、实效的原则做了以下几项工作：
