提出了一种用于火炮炮膛轴线偏离射面的角度测量的数字化测试系统,该系统基于激光跟踪仪空间点坐标测量原理,通过对火炮身管指定点三维坐标的测量,结算出调炮前后空间直线方程,从而计算出火炮偏离角,并针对目前GJB方法对火炮炮膛轴线偏离射面的偏离角度测量方法中存在的精度不高、效率低、工作人员多、结构分散等问题进行了分析。与现行GJB方法进行测量实验比较,实验数据表明使用该方法对火炮偏离角进行测量,效率和精度都有明显提高。
A digital test system for the angle measurement of gun barrel axis deviating from the surface is proposed. Based on the coordinate measuring principle of laser tracker space point, the system measures the three-dimensional coordinates of the designated point of the gun barrel, Line equations to calculate the deviation angle of the gun. In view of the problems of low accuracy, low efficiency, large number of workers, and structural dispersion in the measurement method of the deviation angle of the gun bore centerline caused by the current GJB method, the GJB method is analyzed. Compared with the current GJB method, the experimental data show that the method is used to measure the deviation angle of the gun, and the efficiency and accuracy are obviously improved.
