前言血压是反映人体循环系统机能的重要指标之一。我们根据柯氏音法原理研制了一种自动血压测量仪,经过在体检、医学实验和针麻手术中应用,证明使用效果良好。仪器整机主要由三个部分组成,即:(1)袖袋自动充放气和压力变换部分;(2)柯氏音信号判别处理部分;(3)血压数字显示部分。根据我们在研制中的体会,如何正确地鉴别柯氏音是决定仪器测量准确度、抗干扰能力和适用范围的关键。本文叙述该测量仪中柯氏音判别处理电路的设计问题。柯氏音法测量原理血压测量中的柯氏音法,也就是目前临床上普遍采用的听诊法,属于间接测定人体
Introduction Blood pressure is one of the most important indicators of the circulatory system. We developed an automatic blood pressure meter based on the Korshma sound theory. After being used in medical examination, medical experiments and acupuncture anesthesia, we proved that the effect is good. The whole machine is mainly composed of three parts, namely: (1) cuffs automatically charge and deflate and pressure conversion part; (2) Korotkoff signal discrimination processing part; (3) blood pressure digital display part. According to our experience in the development, how to correctly identify Korotkau sound is the key to determine the measurement accuracy, anti-interference ability and the scope of application.
