髌骨骨折是下肢损伤中的常见骨折,由于交通伤、坠落伤及其它直接暴力常导致髌骨严重粉碎,给治疗带来一定的困难。处理不当会出现骨性关节炎,影响关节功能。近五年来,我们采用组合式张力带内固定治疗髌骨严重粉碎性骨折38例,取得了良好的疗效。
