齐108块属于薄互层稠油油藏,开采年限达20年,目前已进入吞吐开发后期,由于吞吐周期高、地层压力低、井况逐年变差等因素,油藏开发效果不断变差,呈现“双高、双低”特点,既采出程度高、区块含水高、采油速度低、油汽比低。在实际动、静态资料及开发效果分析的基础上,进一步认清油水关系,研究齐108块剩余油分布,通过油层纵向调剖,充分动用纵向上油层,深化挖潜,取得较好的开发效果。在开发方式未转变之前,提高吞吐阶段采收率。
