目的了解某铁路局管内单位职工职业健康检查情况,为管内单位更好地开展职业健康检查工作提供对策。方法通过现状调查、查阅资料等方式,搜集某铁路局近5年管内单位职业健康检查工作的有关资料,利用相关统计方法进行分析。结果近5年管内单位职业健康检查率低于路局标准,职业健康检查工作情况有待改善。结论管内单位职业健康检查率低的原因主要在于管内单位职业健康管理不到位,如何完善管内单位职业健康管理体系,是一个需要研究探讨的课题。
Objective To understand the occupational health examination of employees in a railway administration and to provide measures for better performance of occupational health examination by the units in charge. Methods According to the status quo investigation and access to information, the author collected relevant data of occupational health examination of a certain railway bureau in the past five years and analyzed the related statistical methods. Results In the past five years, the occupational health examination rate of the unit in the tube was lower than that of the bureau and the occupational health examination work needs to be improved. Conclusion The reason for the low occupational health examination rate in the unit is that the occupational health management in the unit is not in place and how to perfect the occupational health management system in the unit is an issue that needs to be explored and explored.
