目的 研究超临界 CO2 流体提取 ( SFE)金边瑞香鲜花中有效成份的最佳条件。方法 采用均匀设计方法 ,以提取压力、提取温度、解析压力、解析温度四个因素 ,每个因素 7个水平进行实验。结果 在 SFE中最佳提取条件 :提取压力 3 5 MPa,提取温度 40℃ ,解析压力 5~ 8MPa,解析温度 3 6℃。结论 本法是一种简便、高选择性和高效率提取金边瑞香鲜花有效成份的方法
Objective To study the optimal conditions for the effective components in the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE) from the flowers of Reynolds. Methods A uniform design method was used to extract the four factors of pressure, extraction temperature, analytical pressure and analytical temperature. Each factor was tested at 7 levels. Results The best extraction conditions in SFE: extraction pressure 35 MPa, extraction temperature 40 °C, analytical pressure 5-8 MPa, analytical temperature 36 °C. Conclusion This method is a simple, highly selective and highly efficient method for extracting the active ingredients of Rhododendron flowers from Phnom Penh
