使用防护手套是减少徒手作业皮肤直接接触有害化学物或传染性物质的重要措施。评价手套对化学物的防护效果主要根据渗透试验的穿破时间(BTT)和渗透率(PER)指标。连续和反复接触某些消毒剂对乳胶或PVC塑料手套材料有破坏作用,出现材料结构的改变及化学物渗透率增加,但聚乙烯手套对消毒剂有较强的耐受力。使用橡胶或塑料防护手套,可出现皮肤发痒、接触性皮炎、荨麻疹等副作用。天然乳胶中的过敏成份为水溶性蛋白质,加工成手套后仍保持其致敏性。
Use of protective gloves is an important measure to reduce the direct contact with harmful chemicals or infectious substances on the exposed skin. The protective effect of gloves on chemicals is mainly based on the penetration time (BTT) and permeability (PER) of the penetration test. Continuous and repeated exposure to certain disinfectants has a damaging effect on latex or PVC plastic glove materials, resulting in changes in material structure and chemical penetration, but polyethylene gloves are more tolerant to disinfectants. Natural latex in the allergy component is a water-soluble protein, processed into gloves still maintain their sensitization.
