农村中小学生流失现象,是农村普及义务教育的难题,对此,我试作一点粗浅探讨,以期引起有关部门的重视。农村中小学生流失对社会有非常严重的消极影响。农村中小学生流失的原因:家庭贫困常致学生失学;读书无用思想抬头,助长学生流失;成绩差的升学无望,致厌学、逃学、退学;教育方法不当致学生失学;缺陷家庭致使子女辍学。解决农村中小学生流失问题的方法措施:发展农村经济为治本之策;正面宣传破“读书无用”;素质教育留住学生;督导制度防流失;社会救助防流失;宽松的社会环境减少缺陷家庭学生流失;法律手段减少学生流失。
